Can I add Known Facts for multiple recipients in the same message?

Last Updated: Sep 27, 2013 12:30PM BST
Yes you can! You do this by using the special ##TO: tag.

Take the example below. Note that it is being sent TO 2 addresses, and being CC'd to a third.

TO: john@doe.com; dave@somewhere.org
CC: acustomer@example.net
SUBJECT: Example message
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

##TO:john@doe.com
## Post Code: AB1 1CD
## Car reg: ZY12 3456

## TO: dave@somewhere.org
## Post code: CD2 3EF
## Mobile Phone Number: 07012 345 678

##TO:acustomer@example.net
## Account Number : 0987654321
## Mother's maiden name: Smith

Hi everybody,

You will all have received this message encrypted with your own individual facts.

Note:
  • If facts are already stored for all recipients, you just need to put ##encrypt as normal.
  • If facts are stored for only some of the recipients, add the new recipients in the same format as above, the other recipients will be encrypted automatically (##encrypt:yes is assumed).
  • You can also follow any ##To tag with a ##encrypt:X tag to specify a different encryption method for that address.
